The following are terms and conditions applied for the dispatch of DEMO CDs to SONY BMG INDONESIA:
1. CD demo is NOT a master, but only a COPY in the form of CD/tape.
2. SONY BMG reserves the right to keep all demos sent to them.
3. Attachment needed:
* A minimum of 3 songs (Except for song writers).
* Lyrics of the song/s
* CD/tape has to be named/labeled, both on the cover and on the CD / tape itself.
* Comprehensive bio data , along with name, address n VALID contact numbers
* Post card pictures (4R), 2 copies minimum(Except for songwriters).
4. Demos to be addressed to:
Department A&R SONY BMG
PO BOX 1818
JKP 10018
5. If SONY BMG is interested with your demo, you are sure to be contacted
6. SONY BMG guarantees that all demos would not be abused/misused/published without the sender's permission
If there is any document on the list missing, SONY BMG will not consider your demo worth listening to.
